For getting vitamins that are not fake.

IHerb used to be ok but it's been dying slowly which was obvious in the bad packaging.

The last one was so bad half the contents fell out or were stolen. And there's no way to contact them directly. You just have to go through their automated forms.

Any similar site in the US? A good place in Chiang Mai?

I haven't had problems with iHerb, apart from accessing the site a while back.

I believe customer service reached out to me once for a problem I had. Not sure I would say you can't get in touch with them.

If your packages are being opened, it's not iHerb's fault. It's the courier. And there must be somewhere you can complain about it.

But good luck finding the selection offered on iHerb. Unless you only buy the most basic supplements that are easily available in any pharmacy. But the prices in local pharmacies appear to be much higher than iHerb.

I don't know why you are defending iHerb, but they are responsible for getting the package to me, not to the carrier. And the packing was really bad. Not enough sealing. I would have attached a picture but the system is not allowing it.

I know their selection is good, but it's pointless if they can't get it to me.

iHerb mostly ships out of South Korea now, so it's likely a courier issue. I order from them regularly, and yeah the boxes get beat up sometimes, but the goods inside are always 100% ok. No complaints, since I get my stuff in under a week now, and with free shipping. I get orders from iHerb faster than Lazada these days.

Edit: I once got some rancid fish oil, contacted support and had a replacement shipped the same day.

I cannot complain about iHerb at all, all packages arrived fast and in good condition.

If you download the app, you find the contact Iherb 24/7 under «Me» button, and also find the submit a refund or reship request among many other options if you scroll through the menu. Never had any problem with iherb for god how long now. Most reliable company I ever delt with.

There is a positive outcome though. Initially they declined my refund request, but I think it was partly because I couldn't contact them. After a frustrating process I managed to send them a note and pictures of the sorry looking package. They reversed the decision then, and will resend some, and provide credit for others. They will also use my pictures to educate their warehouse team.

However my original question remains unanswered - what are some other sites one can order from? IHerb can't be the only one.

My only incident (partially my fault) is when I received my items, they were half the size I was expecting - when I went on the site, they were marked correctly to what I received - so my bad. I have no complaints with iHerb.

I have had good luck with Lazada, but can take awhile to receive the items.

I must say, I’ve only had excellent customer service from iHerb. So good, in fact I’ve often wished other companies would emulate their service.

On the very rare occasion I’ve had to return something, it’s been effortless and fast. In fact on the two occasions, they didn't even ask me to return the wrong item sent.

On Lazada Nordic Naturals (NSF and GMP certified) and Doctor’s Best (GMP certified) are well accredited and reviewed.

I too have great service from I herb, it save the effort of once a year going home and stocking up from Costco and Walmart.

My problem using I herb is the supplies are smaller than what I'm use too but far better at my age handling 2 check in at 23 Kilos each.

I find no matter what store here in Thailand the bottles are really small and prices don't reflect the size.

Being in the shipping industry for a number of years UPS/FedEx/DHL, watching companies like Flash the drivers how boxes are handle loaded on their trucks/bikes and the photo provided I would say not send out like that by I herb!

My issue with iherb is the cost of shipping. iherb shiping charges are outrageous, Another poster mentioned iherb purchases being shipped from Sth. Korea. Is there a separate iherb website for Sth. Korea? Please share.

So might just start to order from the Shopee / NOW Foods official site, as only thing I buy from iHerb. As now seem to be the about same price (off sale) as iHerb, with small shipping charge, and same quick delivery, along with not restrict to two pieces of any item per order.
