Any tips or recommendations on how to avoid the so called "mafia" controlled airport taxi services at Phuket Airport and get a reasonably priced service to our eventual chosen beach destination without the feeling of being ripped off. This also includes some of the hotels themselves charging over 2,000 baht per round trip.
