E - Dreams Prime.

Have any members had dealings with this Company in the past and tried to end there subscription. I joined a few years ago thinking it was a cheap flight set up.

At the time i didn't read it fully and a fee of £90 was taken from my bank. Every year this was taken. As i did not use E-dreams again after 2-3 flights to Thailand there price for flights were the same as all the other flight company's plus the subscription kept rolling on because after a year i'd forgotten about them. I recieved an Email from them telling me they would be taking the subscripton payment for this year in Sept, so i tried cancelling the subscription on there web page. When you click on the CancelSsubsription page it wont go to the next page to end it.They have a phone number to contact them but this number was invalid. I asked the bank to stop the payment in sept this year but the bank said they can only cancel this payment once and i was told to ring them to cancel it. After a lot of searching i got into an indian call centre and found it was difficult to understand what they were telling me, they said they could not look into my account details because the Email i used to open my membership was not recognised but they were able to E-male me on my mail address to remind me they would be taking my yearly membership fee. In the end they told me i have to supply them with the original E-mail and phone number i opened with when i joined E-Dreams 4 years ago obviously i cannot remember these details and my account is still active. Have any members had the same trouble and how did you resolve it if you managed to cancel. Thanks.
