Thailand Real Estate Awards Mark a Decade with Revamped 2026 Edition

The Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026 celebrated their 10th anniversary at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok last night under the theme “10 Years, New Era.” The programme introduced a new identity and trophy, a strengthened awards structure and broader industry oversight as the event evolved from the former Dot Property Thailand Awards into part of the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards platform. Recognition was designed to cover property markets across Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Koh Samui and other regions, with categories spanning luxury homes, condominiums, design, services and innovation. The 2026 edition also expanded regional Developer of the Year honours, added special Excellence Awards and used consultants including Savills Thailand, Colliers Thailand and FazWaz to support the judging process. Organisers planned to extend winners’ exposure across Dot Property Group platforms for the following year, while the anniversary ceremony featured a live performance by Ice Saranyu and a fireworks finale on the Chao Phraya River.
