US Rep Massie Names Prince Andrew In Epstein Push

Featured Replies

Rep. Thomas Massie said he read out the names of more than a dozen people he described as “Epstein coconspirators” on the House floor on Monday, as he pushed for further action related to files connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

In a post on X, Massie, a Republican from Kentucky, said he had shared the names in the chamber and argued they should be investigated and prosecuted. In the same update, he said he had started collecting signatures for a discharge petition designed to force a vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.

Massie Presses For A Vote On The Next Bill

Massie’s post included a video clip showing him speaking on the House floor. He said it had been a year since the president signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, legislation he introduced the previous year together with Rep. Ro Khanna, a Democrat from California.

In his remarks, Massie said the administration continued to withhold a large number of records. He claimed the government was still holding back more than three million files, and said that was the reason he and others had brought forward the second bill.

Massie said the aim of the Epstein Files Transparency Act II is to shift the fight into state courts, increase accountability at the Department of Justice, and help survivors seek closure. He also said he wants those he believes were involved to face investigation and prosecution.

Names Included Prince Andrew And Les Wexner

Massie’s floor comments included the name of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who formerly held the title of Prince Andrew. He was accused of sexual abuse by Virginia Giuffre, who alleged that the abuse occurred after Epstein trafficked her. Mountbatten-Windsor has denied that he ever met Giuffre.

The list also included Les Wexner, a billionaire retail entrepreneur. Massie said earlier on Monday that the bill would involve access to relevant records for legal action.

Wexner denied firsthand knowledge of Epstein’s criminal conduct during a deposition in February connected to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Wexner had employed Epstein as a financial manager in the 1990s and early 2000s.

What Massie Says The Act II Would Do

Massie said in a separate earlier post on Monday that the Epstein Files Transparency Act II would give state attorneys general access to Epstein files that are needed to prosecute offences under state law. He also said the legislation would make it easier for survivors to sue in order to obtain their records.

Alongside the push for the House to take up the measure, Massie said he was working to gather 218 signatures for the discharge petition. A discharge petition, if successful, can bring a bill to the floor for a vote.

The latest push comes after Massie and Khanna’s first Epstein files bill, which they said led to the release of some records connected to Epstein following the president’s signature last year.

Despite that, Massie said the remaining withheld material justified further legislative action, and he used Monday’s House-floor remarks to outline what he described as additional individuals who should be investigated.

I've been a Democrat my whole life and I'd sooner believe Massie over anyone in Congress.

He's the only one looking for justice here. The fact that Trump and the Israel lobby had him primaried out of office means he has nothing to lose by going after high profile offenders, as opposed to all the other flotsam and jetsam in Congress who are only interested in prolonging their careers by keeping quiet on this matter.

Research psychologist Robert Epstein believes that the brain may function as a transducer connected to the “Other Side,” from which we receive information that shapes our consciousness.

True, Mr. Epstein. 😀

so very true

Andrew denies any wrongdoing and has yet to face any charges.

He's already been named so why not name people who have not been revealed yet, such as Donald Trump and many of his buddies?

I'm wondering where all these screeching Dems were when Biden the autopen had the files for 4 years?

totally agree. Though on Youtube video today, he did name the dozen perps. Hope that the Epstein FIles II can get better action as the Congress fails to try to force the DOJ and DJT to release all the files.

I'm trying to figure out who the autopen was protecting during the 4 years they didn't release the files. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Trump.

The Epstein files were not released during Biden’s presidency because of strict legal barriers—most notably grand‑jury secrecy, ongoing investigations and appeals, and court‑ordered seals protecting victims and third parties. These constraints meant the Department of Justice (DOJ) could not legally unseal or publish the files without judicial authorization...

What changed during Trump's term is Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial and appeals concluded, and certain civil cases were resolved.

But I'm pretty sure you knew that anyway.

All based on the testimony of a documented and PROVEN liar, Virginia Giuffre, who made millions off her lies and blackmail against Andrew.

But it's a political football now, so the truth is nowhere to be found.

That's a good story. They should stick to that one... That's like their claim that they couldn't do anything about the border.

Especially as easy as it would have been to find a lefty judge to authorize releasing anything that would have damaged Trump in '24. In the national interest, don'tcha know...

I wonder where you were when it was revealed, and already tens of times posted on this forum with links to credible sources, why they couldn't be made public.

I can find you just as many "credible sources" explaining in excruciating legalese why Biden couldn't legally close the border.

Then Trump did it.

But this topic is about Epstein, not about the borders. Is that really the best you can come up with when you are given a correct answer?

Sound a bit like a sore loser. You're not MAGA by any chance, are you?

Why, yes. Thanks for asking. I am in favor of Making America Great Again. The better question would be why the lefties aren't?

Great idea, what has Trump done to help?

How? The lefties sue him every time he does anything.

Perfect example: They're suing him to keep illegal migrant murderers in the country. That's quite the hill to die on...

You know how, when you step in a big pile of dog poop, it eventually just dries up and goes away?

That's not happening here and I'm so grateful for the politicians who are NOT letting it just dry up and go away.

There must be some accounting for what the perverts did to those girls!

Poor Donald, nobody likes him because they sue when he violates the constitution. Try again.

No thanks. I'm good.

Enjoying watching lefty heads explode as Trump cleans up the messes left behind by the autopen. It's a fight at every decision, but eventually, the SCOTUS gets around to agreeing with him. Not every time... But enough.

Besides, I'd have to be pretty despicable to not want America to be Great Again.

Well IMHO I think that many administrations for the past 20 years at least are to blame for this crap. A they IMHO again, have been protecting the rich and powerful folks that contribute to the election campaign funds. The entire government today is IMHO again in violation of the laws of the US Constitution which created a 3 branch government designed to keep all of them "honest" to the Constitution. A big failure along the way just so too many could continue to get their high salaries and retirement plus whatever power came along and also secret ways of corruption to get even richer! I am an American, former military served in VN as military and a civilian and am totally disillusioned with the government today!

just like one of the latest SCOTUS backing of Trump with the senior Justice saying that although they agree with Trump, it is probably not legal IAW the US constitution! That if there is any doubt about the separation of powers shows that this administration is off the charts and I am nowhere close to agreeing with the Democrats nor Republicans at this time!

No doubt... It's become a fetid swamp... (Where have we heard that?)

And, in my humble opinion, a lot of the backlash against Trump is to keep their grifts going. On both sides of the aisle.

There's a lot of things Trump has done that I disagree with. But same-old same old got us $40T in debt and the graft being uncovered by DOGE and Nick Shirley and O'Keefe are mind boggling.

Here's one statistic that brings joy to my cold heart:

Screenshot 2026-09-02 170614.png

If we had stayed on the Biden/Harris trajectory, we'd be over 3.1 million. And it's not just the salaries. It's the plethora of rules they keep passing with no voter input. Of course, they need to cut more deadwood. But they're getting sued at every turn. It'll be up to JD and Rubio to keep the numbers headed in the right direction.

No, all based on what’s in the Epstein files that have so far been published.

Now let’s have the rest of the Epstein files and see who Trump is protecting.

No, it's not. It's people like you telling lie, after lie, after lie about supposed "pedos" for the very simply reason that you want to use what happened for political capital. Fact is neither Trump is pedo, and nor was Epstein, who liked younger teenagers, not pre-pubescent girls.

But why let the facts get in the way of a salacious evil rumour for political capital, ey?

Virginia Giuffre, the main accuser, is a documented and PROVEN liar and one of the most successful blackmail con women of all time.
