Request suggestions from anyone with a similar OPM non pension payment situation. A poster in another AN thread requested a congressional inquiry & I asked him how he started it: letter, email, phone? Haven't seen a reply yet.

So far, I'm missing pension payments for 3 months, July Aug Sep 2026.

I used the IDD-I 1199 form to change Thai banks & it took 6 months for OPM to stop paying the old Thai bank. Problem is I have never received anything at the new Thai bank. But my OPM acct link says OPM thinks they have paid me; & it seems based upon the visible last 2 digits of my new Thai bank acct number they probably do have the new Thai bank acct# correct.

Like the poster in the other AN thread stated, nothing has worked, quote: "I tried the OPM portal on several occasions. I tried emailing them. I tried calling. Nothing worked. I was beginning to wonder if anyone actually worked there anymore."

Does anybody have OPM pension non-payment experience to share?
