What should the appropriate punishment be for someone that paid $200 for a massage, and should the prosecution be allowed to use illegally obtained video to prosecute everyone, or just to prosecute rich Jews?

I do not believe service ladies were prosecuted. Many were from China and were on tourist visa's or some were actually illegal. In the past (the good old days of there (80's and 90's) many of the ladies were from S. Korea and then it shifted to ladies from the PRC or even from Taiwan. . Don't know if anyone else was prosecuted but whenever a vice unit finds a "big fish" like the billionaire owner of an NFL franchise others become irrelevant.
