September 6, 200718 yr Indonesia grants visa privilege for Russian visitors The Indonesian government agreed Thursday to grant Russian visitors facilities to get their visas upon arrivals in Jakarta. The agreement was signed at the State Palace here with the presence of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Susilo said the facility aims to encourage more Russians to visit Indonesia and expand their destination from Bali island to other resorts. "Russian tourists are highly appreciated in Bali, because they stay long and spend in big amount," Susilo said.
