1st Extention Of Marriage Visa Us Income Question

Featured Replies

I need to extend my 90 day marriage visa (issued in the USA) before November 29th. No income currently in Thailand and I am a US citizen with a Thai wife. Next year we will have Thai income and tax receipts etc.

I will be living in Khorat.

1) Do I need to go in person to the US embassy to get the income certification of 40k per month?

2) Where is the immigration office for Khorat and what is the phone number?

3) When should I start the renewal process? Now?

Thank you very much!

1. It must be done in person. Should not take more than an hour.

2. Hopefully someone can answer or you can find in search.

3. This should be done with about 3-4 weeks remaining on current permitted to stay stamp.
