I have a query, I work a 28day/28day cycle outside Thailand. Un fortunately there is no Thai embassy/ consulate in the country I work in. Under the new visa on entry regulations am I still permitted to come here on my time off. I have been legally married to a Thai since 1988 and have a home here in Thailand

The rule is 90 days in Thailand in a six month period, the arrival and depature dates count.

I've not done the sums, but I suspect you're going to run into a problem

Next time you're in country take your wife on a short break to KL, Penang or Singapore and get yourself a multi-entry non-O visa. In and out whenever you like for a year, when it expires, rinse and repeat
