Visa Options

Featured Replies

Ok, given that the new visa laws are put into effect (or used)as stated in this forum. What visa can a woman 53 years old with a husband on a retirement visa (same as hers) and I use the word retirement vice permission to extend as the passport is stamped "RETIREMENT" below extension to extend get without having to leave Thailand? I just need to get something started, all we need is one more year type visa or anything. Please provide requirements if possible.

Thank You for any suggestions

If they are put into effect then she applies for a retirement extension visa in her own right (with her own B800,000 in the bank or an income of B65,000 pm)

What we are looking for is another type of visa, as we do not want to tie up any monies.

A multi entry non immigrant O visa and that could likely be obtained in home countries smaller Consulates or Singapore with proof of a bank account somewhere with 800k in it (at the time of application). Penang may also issue with that proof but no reports that I recall yet.
