I have stayed in thailand for 2 weeks having tourist visa

and I will try to extend 1 month in immigration,

If I go to immigration to extend tourist visa now,

Can I extend just more 30 days and stay totally 1 month plus 2 weeks plus

extend more 30days?

or should I go to immigration at the nearlist day when my visa run out?

I am afraid that the 30 days extention is started from the day of

apply extention day in immigration?

for example, if I go to immigration today, the 30 days extention start

from tomorrow and finished after 30day ie, august 30 finihed ?

Can you clarify please do you have a 30 day on arrival stamp in your passport or do you have a tourist visa i.e did you recieve a 60 day stamp when you entered the country?

yes, and then get a 30 days extension of stay.

lindaz why do you want to extend at all?.........youve been here 2 weeks and you are talking about staying 1 month and 2 weeks from my understanding of what you wrote............you have a 60 day stamp already which by my reckoning has 46 days left to run.If i have misinterpreted what you have wrote and you wish to stay longer than 60 days just do as Huski has said and extend the day before your 60 days are up. :o

I moved to countryside soon

and I think extension should be done at bangkok immigration.

then I asked the question.

I have 45 days now but at countryside, there are no immigration,

and if there are some immigration near city,

i think extention at bangkok is better, because bangkok immigration

is main branch. computer online is good

then again I want to ask

I am afraid that the 30 days extention is started from the day of

apply extention day in immigration?

from tomorrow and finished after 30day ie, august 30 finihed ?

yes valid for 30 days from when you get the extension stamp.

I can stay more 45 days if I do nothing

, but if I go to immigration to extend visa,

then I can stay only 30 days and pay 1900 baht?

so I should not go to extend now?

Why would you want to extend in the next couple of days? You would only get 30 days from the point of application and you already have 45 days! If you are staying longer than the next 45 days you will need to make a trip to an immigration office nearer the time your 45 days are up to extend. If you are going home within the next 45 days do nothing.....you dont need to extend.

I ever came to thailand without visa and allowed to stay for 30days.

and I went to immigration after stay in bangkok for 5 days and i got more 10 days

then i could stay totally 40 days.

extention of no visa 30 days arrival for 10 days

and extention of tourist visa for 30 days

is different condition?

If no visa extention 10 days totally 40 days is correct

so tourist visa extention 30 days totally 90 days must be correct?

I think that but really my thinking is wrong?
