Can anyone tell me why i keep getting a small window popping up on my computer that states the following.

MaCafee central

cannot load 'central.dll'

The only option it gives me is to hit the ok button.

There are no options like what to do or reasons why it keeps popping up.

I contacted MaCafee and it's a bit like trying to telephone somewhere that tells you to press various digits then plays you some music and after 5 minutes you put the phone down in frustration.

MaCafee is the same.

After spending ten minutes searching thier extensive web site i eventually arrived at the tecnicial problem page so i wrote down what my problem is and they got back to my e-mail address with a pre-written article that refered me back to the technical site were it said my fault would be dealt with.

Grrrrrrrrrrrr........................That's not the answer i was looking for so i'm asking does anyone here know why the window is coming up?

Cheers to all

From what I can see, it's a glitch that happens during an upgrade. There's a workaround solution here:

You can probably remove/reinstall McAfee a lot easier though.
