Gary A Posted September 30, 2007 Share Posted September 30, 2007 Our house has a glazed tile roof and my workshop/garage has a fiber roof. The back porch and kitchen area has a galvanized steel roof. We catch the water and the only water that we drink comes off the galvanized roof. My wife absolutely insists that water off the glazed fiber roof and the fiber roof is NOT safe to drink. Since we get plenty of drinking water off the galvanized roof, I don't argue with her. That water is filtered through a three stage filter and that's what we drink. chownah Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 There is a topic in the REal Estate forum about Ocean Tower 1 which indicates that half of the water this development is projected to use will be from recycled sources.....anyone know if this is some kind of grey water re-use system....or what?
