12 Months Non Immg Multi Entry "o"

Featured Replies

I posed a question about the documents required to obtain the above visa - in particular the one listed as 2.7 under documents for application Non-Immigrant (code O) (Spouse Visa)

Has anyone had to submit such a letter in the past? if so what was the general wording used in English & Thai if possible.

Answer received from Lopburi3:

I would suspect a short letter, signed and dated, that she is your spouse and requests a visa be issued to 'your name' so that you may visit at 'there home'.

Lopburi3 thanks for that - I am now hoping I can get a letter along the lines you have mentioned popped out in Thai script by one of the TV members who frequent the Thai Language site.

If there is any TV member who could provide such a letter it would be greatly appreciated. Leaving a space for my wife to write her name and sign.

Now you may ask why not just get my wife to write it (the letter) simple answer she is still at home in Nonthaburi and I am here in Oz about to apply for another 12 month NI ME "O" visa. To explain what i require on the phone is almost impossible so if I can get a letter done in Thai -fax it to her or have a friend print it off for her to read sign and fax it to me here in Oz that would solve the problem I am facing.

NB). My original post was in general under the same heading as this post (12 Months Non Immg Multi Entry "o")

To all TV members, thank you for reading my post to the members who shall remain nameless that provided private feedback and a solution I especially thankyou and wish you all the very best for the upcoming festive season.

Please close the post solution received - although the attached list may be worth pinning as it contains the list of documents required when applying for a Non Immigrant Multi Entry CatO visa in Australia. (not saying all consulates ask but better to have to much than be caught short and having to make a second trip).
