this batter can be used for any savoury dish and can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days,just needs to be refreshed

plain flour,baking powder,white vinegar,salt,pepper,turmeric(dried)

mix all the ingredients together to form a thick batter and move the whisk in an 8 motion to mix some air into the batter

dust whatever you want to fry with flour and dip in the batter and fry in hot oil,drain on kitchen paper
