can anyone tell me the cheapest way to get to the border for a stamp? I got a non Imm"o" multiple entry. Do I still need to go, or can I go to the Imm office in BKK?

You need to leave the country and there are daily trips run by several companies that advertise in English language newspapers classified section. Cost is about 2,000 baht all inclusive.

Most of the companies doing it for you have a charge of Bt1200 for the visa and bribes etc. so you pay the van / bus cost on top of that. It is quite a sting these days as the SUD 20 Cambodian visa is only about Bt700, leaving Bt500 for cream. Before it cost up to Bt870. If you have no USD, they will have you for Bt1000 or more. If your money is not perfect, they will have you and tear your money making it unacceptable. They might tear your money anyway as they want Bt1000. You might have to buy some micky mouse bus ticket.

I'd just go with a service provider on the most comfortable coach you can find.
