Nonb In Penang

Featured Replies

Hey all,

Just got a new job and have to go make a nonB in Penang next week. Could someone who's gone recently let me know exactly what documentation I'll need to take with me?

Don't want to get all the way down there and find out I've forgotten something very simple.

Thanks.

Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs link below for a list of requirements

Thanks, but I know that each consulate has its own quirks, so if possible could someone who's done the trip recently tell me your experience? Thanks.

I was in Penang just last month to get another 1 year multiple non B visa.

I had the papers itemised in the MFA link I provided above (took other company papers, etc just in case). I have a Work Permit (1 year validity), thus I did not require any invitation letter from the Ministry of Labour.

I applied at person at the Thai consulate and had no problems at all.

To get a non B you should Have

1. WP 3 ,the little paper issued by the Ministry of Labour

2.Invitation Letter from the company.

other doccuments you can read from the www.mfa.go.th
