Sent my 90 day report by mail for the first time and it is now 2 weeks that I have not received a reply. How long should I wait or should I call them to see what happened.I checked on the Thai post website and they received it.

My last one took about three and a half weeks!!  Paper overload down at Suan Plu??  Don't know, but I was ready to drive down with copies of the EMS receipt and the Thai Post online report of delivery when I got the Immigration "receipt" back.  Next report date is 2 Dec.

As you must send in early and they will not be processed until due date or later a 3 or 4 week delay from mailing does not sound unreasonable. As has been mentioned there is often a huge backlog.
