Evolutionaries Vs Revolutionaries

There was a time when I had a great deal of respect for Revolutionaries. Over time I have learned that their major product is an increase of suffering and chaos. Many Revolutionaries in fact help entrench their worst opponents by giving them justification for extreme measures in the name of National Defence. I have become convinced that the calm and dedicated work of evolutionaries is of far greater value than violence, dissent and non compliant resistance. All human institutions are constantly undergoing change, whether for better or worse is dependant on the degree of participation by enlightened individuals. Whether a Government is good or bad, leaders recognize the need to get the job of effective and peaceful governance done. They recognize the contribution of those who perform their tasks well and regardless of their ideological views, they will grant power and authority to those who make the most profitable contribution to the state.

During the past thirty years many governments have fallen to the demands of urban malcontents that demand change. In the past 30 years they have not produced one government that is superior to what they brought down. Many propagandists point to urban malcontents as the voice of the people . Urban malcontents are in fact nothing more than a small minority of the urban population that has neither the skill nor the character to affect change by making positive contributions to the improvement of society.
