Locating Social Worker

My wife and I are trying to locate a Thai Social Worker in the Chiang Rai/Mae Sai region to perform a homestudy for us. We've adopted a Thai child and need to present a homestudy or case study to US Embassy showing biological mother's is no longer able to care for child. Any help in locating Social Worker would be greatly appreciated.

  I’m not overly concerned (famous last words) about having to be medivacced from Koh Chang in case of an emergency. But I can understand someone with health problems would think otherwise. Like I said, I am fortunate not to have any serious health problems (yet).
