Does your have that lacquered high sheen appearance or a normal matt finish? I’m just looking at my office floor. Before I moved in the landlord retreated the floors by simply restaining them, Ok they still have a patina but they look new.
October 16, 200718 yr Author Hi gloss. Problem is with kids, dragging stuff around, shairs and toys etc. Also one chair had a wheel fall off and the kids dragged it everywhere, cutting into the wood, so several kinds deep scratches. Surely needs some cutting and re polishing.

Its between 6 and 800THB/sqm, depending on who does it. Make sure they have got all the correct equipment though as i have seen some guys trying to do it with hand sanders, leaving a patchy finish.
