Is Hotmail Not Working?

Featured Replies

It just trys to log in, running around and searching in circles, the home page works but not Hotmail.

Problems here in Chaing Mai too so I guess its widespread..........

I just tried and no problems here in Pattaya.

I find that I often have problems with Hotmail if the bandwidth is low. Hotmail is always the first to play up, even when I have no trouble logging into Gmail and accessing other websites.

If my main internet provider - Ipstar - goes down, and I use either of my back up services - TT&T broadband, or an AIS "Edge" connection, then - again - I have problems logging into Hotmail.

Another reason - amongst many - for me to ditch it and use Gmail which is so much better.

When you go to the main hotmail screen, do you see the new login screen or the old on, and also did you update your hotmail to the new hotmail or are you still using the older version,

Ive updated and ive got no problem accessing my hotmail account

good luck on getting in, i hope it works for you

Just tried logging in on both old and new versions. No problem here in Bangkok.

Trust me, it's bandwidth.

Do the TV Broadband speed test. If it's under 100 kbps, then that's your problem.

I've got the new Hotmail and it's working fine this morning, but when the peed goes down I can't log in.

Hotmail!! :o:D

Yes I have been thinking this also, yahoo works in a split second, ever since they turned to Hotmail Live, there has been problems. Maybe I'll check out Gmail. :o

I've been having problems logging onto Hotmail for over 2 years - in fact ever since I moved to Pattaya and had unreliable internet speeds.

When I hit the big Mango (BKK) and drop by internet shop to check my emails, I am blown over by how quickly everything connects - including Hotmail.

TIT :D

Working here in Sydney.

Well it looks like it is a problem up in Chang Mai and down here in Hau Hin. My Internet speed is good, everything else loads right up, fast< it is just hotmail, I'm really tired of this BS, going to switch.

I know what you mean - It happened to me about 4 days ago, on two different computers. If you look at the URL at the top of Firefox, it just keeps changing from one address to another and eventually back to the first one. I don't think the problem is solely due to bandwidth - I think it is a timeout problem that causes this sequence of URLs to repeat forever.

I also think it is linked to the new "Windows Live Hotmail" - I think they have changed the way the logging in works, and have created this timeout/looping problem when communications are poor.

I just tried www.hotmail.com - "Cannot find server"! :o What a pile of cr@p!

I've been having sporadic problems with Hotmail for the past week or so. :o

what is hotmail ? is that a cave or so ?

really ... grow up and use gmail !

With replies like that, i'm sure the "Popularity" in your nic is a joke, yes? :o
