I understand about the 60 day tourist visa and the 30 day extension. However, my question is if I leave the country after these 90 days, is it hard to get another tourist visa in a short period of time? For example, if I stay in Thailand for 90 days, then take a flight to Australia, then stay for a week, can I get a brand new 90 day tourist visa upon my return?

Thanks for the help.

Getting another visa should not be a problem.

Most Thai consulates will accept application one day and you have the visa the next.

Just watch out for public holidays (Thai and local).
