Going to be traveling to Thailand for two weeks after Christmas. Planning on making trips to Chiang Mai, Cambodia and Phuket.

Questions I need opinions on:

1.) Should I Book my air online in advance or at the airport when I'm there?

2.) Is it cheaper to book online or directly at the counter?

3.) Should I book three round trip tickets starting in Bankok each time or one-way from each destination?

4.) What should I expect the cost to be for the tickets?

For domestic flights the price will be no different any where you make the purchase, if you're talking about Thai Airways. If, on the other hand, you're talking One Two Go or Air Asia, you want to make the booking online as soon as possible to get the best rates.

One way tickets are going to be better provided you can route accordingly. I think this will end up being your best deal.

Then buy a round-trip to Cambodia from Bangkok Airways at http://www.bangkokair.com/en/index.php - bit expensive but there aren't many other choices.
