Probably covered somewhere but unable to find! So as my attachments no longer work due to having used all my allowance, what can I do to increase capacity, or delete existing. If deleted does that mean they are cleared from existing posts?

Hi,

Once your allowance is full you will have to delete some attachments to be able to add any more. Deleted attachments will also be deleted from the posts they are in also

You can manage/delete attachments by following this link
