I will like to find out more from the experts about setting up a saloon in Krabin Buri, Thailand:

1)What laws need to follow in renting a shop and price?

2)What saloon tools I need to consider?

3)The total investment cost?

With the infos so that I can prepare myself. Sorry for my poor english writing.

Do some research. Or have you got a TEEEEEELAC that is asking for 6 million baht to open a 10 square meter shop.

Walk into a bar/some bars and look around.

You will see the 'tools' needed. You know, glasses fridge/drinks cooler....
