Ok My wife and I want to move back home to the states next October. Therefore she needs to get her K3 visa.

I have a few questions regarding this.

1 can she come over to the US on her Tourist visa and begin the process there?

2. If she can which process is faster? From Thailand or from within the US?

3. If it is possible to start from within the US, can she visit home for 2weeks-1 month during this time?

4. I read that I have to make a salary above poverty for her to come. As of now we are both English teachers and the last time I was in the US I was a student working at an electronics store, not exactly the big bucks. When we return we plan to both go back to school. I am wondering if this would cause us any trouble?
