I would appreciate your speedy comments as i need to leave next week..

1) what is the best place around BKK to get a NON-B visa? I am being sponsered by a company here and have all the papers in order and ready, but i am only 21 and someone said that could be an issue?

2) I was planning on going to KL, and if anyone can suggest some good hotels around or with easy access to the Thai Consulate in KL.

....Being 21 is not a problem at all as long as you have all your paperwork sorted.

The best place to get a non b is Penang in Malaysia and not KL. You can take a train all the way down there and have your visa in a couple of days. Thing is you can t get a non B unless you have a bachelor s degree. Do you have one? If you don t...forget it.

I thought i read somewhere that you can no longer get NON-B at Penang???

If your paperwork is in order you should have no problem in Penang.

The hotels are muc cheaper than in KL
