I plan on giving myself 18 months to move to bkk but i want to know what should i do first? find the job? get the visa? and the most advisable route for me to go. I have a small support system there of Thai nationals who will help me as much as i need but i need just a push in the right direction! Thanks for your help! astral Posted August 21, 2004 Share Posted August 21, 2004 I suggest you come and visit using a double entry tourist visa, obtained from the Embassy or Consulate in your country. This will give you 6 months, with extensions, to check out what is available here. I have been coming to bkk now for one month at a time every 6 months for the last 2 years.
