November 21, 200718 yr Hi There's Yoga Sala at 48 Rachamanka Road in old town. It's run by an English guy, William, and his Thai wife and another Englishman called Jamie also teach there. They teach ashtanga, hatha for beginners and vinyasa for mixed levels. Classes are 250 and 200, equipment provided. See www.cmyogasala.com
