After living here for many months and using the MRT quite a few times..today I find out that if you are 60 onwards..you can travel half price..doesn't save much but better in your pocket than theirs..

jeez, i hate this kind stuff. it should be the same from everyone. the poor, the old, the young, and women are the worst, always fishing for hand outs. personally, i have considered petitioning to have old people barred from riding the MRT altogether.

That also applies to camping in the National Parks. If over 60 you only pay 20 bhat instead of 40. I dont know if this also applies to the entrance fee, which is 400 bhat.
