Visa For Noodle Shop

Featured Replies

Hey visa folks,

Just a wild idea. If i start a noodle shop with a few unemployed thai friends under limited partnership with 2m cap, will i be able to get a visa? And my thai friends will run the shop. As a limited liability partner, i will just do the planning & provide the initial outlay of rental, equipment & company registration which i estimate to be under 250k baht. And since they are partners, i dont have to pay them any income. As for profits, i think they'll probably breakeven.

Feasible? Any comments/advice is appreciated.

Cheers!

Naka.

Indeed and he didn't even have advice from ThaiVisa.com to rely on. Poor lad could be sitting in around a Pattaya beer bar in a dirty singlet instead of having to drive that fancy car to all those meetings.

Thanks for the encouragement folks. First, let me learn how to prepare the ingredients & cook a decent bowl of noodles.

On the other hand, i think maybe no profits= no visa? Since noodle stalls are so common, would the immigration dept give a non-imm ( B ) visa to a foreigner starting a noodle stall?

Get yourself an O Visa .... much cheaper
