Non Immigrant Visa O

Featured Replies

:o What do i do if my Non Immigrant Visa O expire soon ....can i get another 90days extension at the Immigration or do i need to go out from Thailand and re enter for another 90days??

As this is going to be my first time extend...where should i do in order not to go out of thailand...only needs another 30 or 90 days extension

i have a Non Immigrant Visa O .....90days stamp and need to extend for either 1 or 3 month more what do i do ???

thank You

JOE

Do you have a multi entry O visa or a single entry?

If single entry you have used it and must depart, or if you have good reason you may get 3 weeks extension upon payment of 1,900 baht and filling out TM.7 request for extension. You would do that at the nearest immigration office.

If you have a multi entry visa and the visa (use by) date has not gone by you can exit Thailand, enter another country, and return for a new 90 day stay stamp.
