Could someone please tell em if this it true .

l am a 53 year old man about to get married to my Thai girlfriend and we have had 1 child between us.

I am under the impression that if one is over 50 one can get a child support visa without having to show any income, savings or finacial wealth, is this correct?

If it's not correct what would be the best visa for me with no savings to show , l am getting married next month. many thanks.

If your name is on the birth certificate as the father it can be done.

Note , it is not a child support visa. It is an extension of stay enabeling your child to live with his elderly parent. :o

what if you only 45 year and not married, but live together and your name as the father is on the birth certificate ?

any visa or extension for us ?

Must have TR visa ?

Or VOA (30 days) can be extended ?

No there is no extension of stay available directly - but you can normally obtain a non immigrant O visa for 90 day visits.

Thank you. Other place than Penang who may issue non o visa?

1 entry only or multiple possibel to obtain?
