All too often,while waiting my turn to use an ATM, there is a Thai customer totally bewildered about using the machines, inspite of instuctions(in Thai) on its use on the machine and also on the screen. Until some kindly Thai soul will insrtuct the befuddled user.

While I'm ranting about ATM usage another favorite is the multi transaction user. Not just 2 or 3 transactions but many, many more. Sometimes with a single card or with a handfull of cards. In all fairness, I've seen farangs and Thais conduct multiple ATM transactions with little or no regard to the growing line

I'll typically make a maximum of 3 transactions per ATM session, Inquiry, withdrawal and or transfere of funds.

Any one else get annoyed with what I consider, inconsiderate ATM users?

I don't mind the 2 or 3 uses, but yes when there is a growing queue, and they carry on it's taking the piss. However the Thais don't appear to mind, and I've left queues where 2 or 3 are doing that. That is in a small city like Ranong.
