Hi, Can buy some very good Shoulder of Lamb in Makro, been having roast lamb and veg for a few weeks now, but Lamb Madras curry comes to mind as the next step, Will be going to Udon shopping next tuesday, would some of you chefs please give me a list of things/spices to make this, TIA Lickey..

If you can get hold of one of the Jamie Oliver books (likely his first or second) then there is a really good curry recipe in that (I would like a copy if someone has it). A little long winded but worth the result. All from fresh ingredients.
