Lickey Posted November 29, 2007 Share Posted November 29, 2007 Hi, Can buy some very good Shoulder of Lamb in Makro, been having roast lamb and veg for a few weeks now, but Lamb Madras curry comes to mind as the next step, Will be going to Udon shopping next tuesday, would some of you chefs please give me a list of things/spices to make this, TIA Lickey..
