Boo
a bit more informatoin may get a more accurate response. Where is the child? Thailand, UK or other? Was child born in Thailand, UK or other? I will also link this to the visa section as you will probably get a better reponse there too.

ChangMaiSausage
Arrange his/her passport when you travel to Thailand to see him/her. Your Birth Certificate showing your parents names Birth Certificate (translated into English) Mothers passport (Original) Fathers passport (Original) Completed application It would be easier if you could be present as you need to sign on his/her behalf. Good Luck
