Can anyone offer advice on which choice would be best for speed and reliability?

It looks like HiNet offers higher speeds but cost a lot more per month. Are they any better than the other choices?

I use TT&T. Find it fine, no problems except at very busy times. Occasionally goes down but not often.

Was set up in 10 days after application

I use TOT - but I have a very slow connection.

I have tested my connection and the result is that my connection is 10 times slowly than it should be.

I am using CAT that advertise 3 mb, however. it goes down several times a week, and now I am getting only 100 kb's and I am paing close to 2,800 baht . Does TOT give a reliable 1.5 mg for your 700 baht.
