I went to the trouble of starting a topic on surface mail from the USA in the "General" forum that I thought would be of interest to expats in Thailand. The post immediately disappeared.

OK, I figured there must have been something in my post that violated the forum rules. After carefully reading through the rules, I couldn't find anything that applied to my post.

So, I email one of the moderators asking politely for clarification. No response. I then emailed one of the administrators. Still no response. What's up with that?

I just took a took a look and most likely dumped because it is not Thailand related. Possibly the mod/admin you PMed was not on-line at the time.

It also violated rule 7 in that you asked members to leave this site to register there vote elsewhere which is a solicitation.
