A few times a week my mobile will ring once. Not enough time to answere call, so will have missed call(not a big deal). is it

1. wrong number that the caller realizes dialed wrong number, but if happens several times in a short period of time unlikely

2. Caller too cheap to have call billed to their mobile account, expecting me to return their call on my nickel. Don't mind returning call, but just annoys me that caller is so cheap.

I used to get that one a lot - now I just don't return the call.

More irritating is the wrong number that doesn't say anything. They know they've got the wrong number - a farang has answered, but instead of saying "sorry" or anything in Thai, they just hang up. Ignorant s*ds.
