I have a buddy whose been on TR's from Penang and has the red 'may not' etc stamps from last time.

He now seems dead set on going and getting a single entry non B from Penang, I have tried to suggest he goes father afield and gets a 1 year but hes not interested or listening. Through friends he has the ability to get a company invite letter, but no work history or tax payments obviously.

What are his exact requirements for a single entry non B in Penang ??

Does he have any chance of getting second or third non B's after this ??

I feel hes being inflexible and foolish to keep pursuing Penang and attempting to chases a non B single entry solution in Asia but thats what he wants.

Advice ??

Any info ??

Does he need shareholder info and stuff ?? In the past it was merely an invite letter.. Has that changed ??

I,m not 100% on ALL the paperwork that is required but I know its extensive.

Copies of passport and pics etc.

An OFFER of employment and copies of contracts from a legit business/company. Supporting paperwork to show company is legit. Tax papers etc.

Offer of salary............for a foreigner I believe its 50,000 baht per month if company employee.

TM6?

I,m sure there is a lot more. I don,t know because my admin staff take care of all that stuff for me. I just get to carry the 100 bits of A4 paper to Immigration and sign whats stuck in front of me.

I know its not easy to do.
