Don't import to Thailand with play-asia.com unless you are willing to pay the customs 30% or so.

Really? Actually I've never ordered from them...I'm going to try and get someone to bring me one from the UK now. The prices are actually pretty steep on play-asia, a xbox 360 core unit is about 2-3k more than in the usa!!!

Didn't say it was. However some people are a little shocked when they order their brand new PS3 and need to pay DHL/UPS 7000 baht to hand it over.

No point importing to be honest all consoles are available in BKK, nadz would be a better bet save a few quid.

I recommend Nadz. No hassles and peace of mind. Good customer service.

If you are in Thailand, you can visit in-person on the 9th floor of the ITF Tower (off of Silom). I've bought 2 consoles there and have taken a couple of friends there as well. They are great to deal with and the best prices in Bangkok.
