I went to the Immigration Office before Christmas and was told that I can get a 60 Day extension to my 30 Day Entry on the basis of marriage to a Thai. I was told that I needed to apply in person with my wife at Counter 2. We are going to Immigration this week but I just wanted to check what documents are required. From reading this forum I think I need:

Form TM7

1900 baht fee

6 photos 6x8 cm

Copy of my passport (all pages?)

Copy of wife's ID card and House Registration

Copy of marriage certificate

We will also bring all original documents apart from the House Registration as it is at an address outside Bangkok. Will they need to see the original?

Normally they would want to see an original to accept the copy. But I would give it a try even if you can not obtain the house registration.

The photo requirement is 4x6cm and should only be one required in Bangkok (attached to TM.7) (unless they asked for some photos of you together to prove relationship (not in listed requirements).
