Clothing, Blankets, Etc For Thai People Who Need Them

Recommended Posts

Hi

Many of our friends often clear their wardrobes and would like to donate the clothes to needy Thai people. We understand the Hill Tribe people, in particular, get very cold.

Can anyone tell me of a RELIABLE organisation or "drop off" point in Koh Samui where these clothes will actually go to the Thai people in need?

Thank you

There are several organizations on Samui that might be able to offer you advice or assistance.

The Rotary Club and the Sisters on Samui Club are two that I can think of off the top of my head.

Contact the Rotary Club who can forward all collected to the club in Chiang Mai/Rai for distributions.....

The Samui Club meets every Wednesday at the Chaweng Regent Resort at 18.00pm.
