I wouldnt go that far - I've been embarrassed by some of the pics in PCN of our sober, good natured, polite, smartly dressed and groomed countrymen.

20 years ago there were many German thugs expatriating to Pattaya and Bangkok, mostly for trafficking women.Scandinavians would be true also as most Rocker-Gangs now have Chapters in BKK and Pattaya.
