midas
I wondered if anyone can help me with eradicating a Trojan Horse which I think somehow attached itself to the Mozilla Firefox program which keeps being disabled? The reason I say this is because I was recently confronted by a small panel which suddenly appeared in the center of my screen advising me that Mozilla Firefox was being " updated " but there was something that didn't look right about this " update " and there was no opportunity for me to even refuse the update because the whole process started immediately. Even the Mozilla Firefox page has some suspicious looking features on it now ? It is Trojan Horse Generic2 VEB ( I don't even know what this does in my computer ) but my antivirus software picked it up. Even though I cleaned it out using my antivirus software it seems to be reappearing. After I have run the antivirus software I'm able to open up Mozilla Firefox but then later it becomes disabled again. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and if they have any tips on how to permanently remove what it could be that prevents me from using Mozilla Firefox ?
