Central Credit Refrence Agency?

Have heard conflicting viewpoints on this. anyone know for sure if such an agency exists, and if so, what are the membership requirements for access to credit checks and associated data along with contact coordinates?

Yes, it is a priviate company called - "Credit Bureau".

If you want to use their service to "check" a potential customer of your's, AKAIK, you to have to register as a member & pay a fee on each credit search.

Not much more information than this - sorry.
