January 20, 200818 yr This is probably a frequently asked question, for which I appologise in advance! I'm about to do my 3rd one year extension based on marriage at Suan Plu (first was early 2006). Is the 'grandfathering rule' still in effect, i.e. do I need to just show a 400,000 bank balance or is it necessary to show the 40K 'family income' per month (as I understand is the case for new applicants)? Thanks
