From Palmy's song Yaak ja rong dung dung. But I just saw a topic here in which someone translated it as

"It gets more beautiful everytime" ..Personally I have always thought it means "It's more beautiful than it has ever been" ..I'm certainly not an expert, but what exactly does the sentence mean? And if the first sentence is the correct one, can anybody try to explain how it gets that meaning? Just a bit confused, that's all.

(Every time, means "every time I look")

My guess is that you're confused because you're translating เคย as 'ever' when it can also mean 'used to'.

The song's about how the singer is so happy and wants to shout out her good news to the world [because someone's told her his feelings for her]
